End of Day
At the end of the marathon, things are slowing down. Am I running out of breath? I hope not. I am just collecting my strength for the final leap. 29 more blocks to go. I’ve enjoyed sewing these tiny blocks so far so much, and if the final quarter will take a little longer, joy will last longer, too. I’m in no hurry.

I love the colour scheme and the honesty in your blog, describing the difficulties you met and (most of the time) how you resolved them. I will check in again to watch your progress!

thank you so much! the blocks are 4.5 inches (instead of 6 inches). i scaled them down because i didn’t want another big quilt. with 111 blocks in total it’s gonna be a big quilt anyhow …
